Preparing for class

NEW STUDENTS

We know coming into a new space can be intimidating. Don’t worry, we are here to help. It is important to remember yoga is a practice not meant to be perfect.

  • Please check in at the front desk upon arrival. Give us a chance to say hi, learn your name, and welcome you!

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to complete new student paperwork.

  • Athletic clothing is recommended -you will sweat!

  • Bring a mat, towel, water, and block.

  • Hydrate well throughout the day before and after practice. This way, you won’t find yourself dehydrated in the middle of class.

  • You can park in the garage. When you turn into the garage, immediately turn left in park in the spots to the left.

There is also street parking right across from studio on 5th Avenue.

Please do not park across the street at Rebel Closet - you will get towed. Not the way to leave a yoga class:)

  • We offer a free (donation suggested) class every Sunday.

Also, during the spring, we offer additional free classes on Saturday and Sunday to support our recent teacher trainees in their growth.
