**Heated with added humidity**
This is our signature class and is an energetic form of yoga where you move from one pose to the next while connecting your breath to your movements. This class is taught in a heated studio with controlled humidity which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. The practice supports elevation of personal vitality and physical ability to create accelerated results in overall body strength and confidence while calming your mind by focusing on the present moment and breath.
The $10 Community Power Flow is the same class, with a lower drop-in rate for the community. -
**Heated with added humidity**
Hip Hop Vinyasa is an intelligently and creatively sequenced vinyasa practice. The class begins with a base sequence and is built by repeating and adding poses to the sequence. It's a great way to challenge yourself and build strength and stamina. The class is set to loud fun beats - song requests encouraged!

**Gently Warmed**
This class begins with thirty minutes of a vinyasa flow, preparing the body for the stillness of the deep stretch poses during the second-half of class. Leave feeling grounded, clear, and refreshed.
Suggested props, although not required: blocks and/or straps. Options will be given for the postures both with or without suggested props. -

YOD Yoga stands for Your Own Determination and is for all levels.
The YOD yoga practice goes beyond traditional formats. In this high-energy class, yoga is combined with high-intensity training (HIIT) allowing you to find your edge to empower a sense of awakening.

Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic class combining yoga postures with strength training using hand weights, aiming to build strength, tone muscles, and boost metabolism, all while maintaining a mindful, yoga-focused approach.

Yes, if you need a mat, we’ve got you covered. You can rent a mat for $3.

All you need is a mat. You might also like to have a hand towel and some water. If you forget yours, no problem, we rent hand towels for $1 and you can buy a water for $2.

Arriving 5-10 minutes early for your first class will give you time to sign our waiver and get your mat all set up in the studio.

You can park in the garage. When you turn into the garage, immediately turn left and park in the spots to the left.
There is also street parking right across from the studio on 5th Avenue.Please do not park across the street at Rebel Closet - you will get towed. Not the way to leave a yoga class:)

We offer a free (donation suggested) class every Sunday.
Also, during the spring, we offer additional free classes on Saturday and Sunday to support our recent teacher trainees in their growth.
