Headstand Workshop

All levels are welcome! We will breakdown the fundamentals of a headstand to deepen your everyday practice- teaching both classical headstand and tri-pod headstand. Learn how each can be imbedded into your flow. Hopping back to chaturanga from tripod headstand will also be taught for those with a strong headstand practice.

 

Just Breathe….

Breathwork Workshop with Trish Love Sunday, September 8th at 5:00-6:30 PM
$75

This modified holotropic breathwork experience will last 90 minutes.

Breathwork is a means to evoke spontaneous healing in a short amount of time. However, some individuals do not have a great cathartic outcome and instead will lean into having a meditative circumstance. At a minimum, you will have the opportunity to be fully in your body and notice being able to have deep/full/diaphragmatic breath.

The breathwork experience will have loud music and the burning of palo santo and will be an intimate event and could possibly conjure great emotions.

Please know that if you are currently experiencing any of the following conditions, you should not register for this session:

  • Pregnancy
  • Untreated asthma, high blood pressure, or heart disease • Significant dissociation • Seizure disorder or history of non-substance related seizures • Diagnosis of PTSD without a therapist that is currently working with the trauma

Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat, blankets/pillows as wanted, water, and journal/pen.

During these 40 days you will develop or deepen a daily yoga and meditation practice, discover how different foods fuel your body, and begin self-inquiry work to removed limiting beliefs and patterns.
